Confidentiality - exam questions
Students participating in IB exams are bound by a 24 hour confidentiality rule. This means, you must NOT reveal or discuss the content of the exams outside your immediate cohort, including your teachers for 24 hours after an exam. DO NOT write or blog about the contents of the exams either. If you leak questions, the exam board might trace the leak to you and they will take action. You will likely lose your grade, possibly your diploma. Your teachers will receive copies of the exam papers 1 day after you took the exam.
IB 2022 summer exams
28 April to 19 May 2023
Results released on 6 July 2023 @12:00 GMT - students check their results on the IB secure student website
EUR (enquiry upon results) period from 7 July to 15 September 2023 (estimated fee HK$900/subject - cheque must be made payable to "West Island School")
Certificates are ready for collection from October onwards. Consult Certificates page for details.
IB 2023 November retake exams
Registration and payment must be processed by 22 July (estimated fee HK$3500 - cheque must be made payable to "West Island School")
23 October to 10 November 2023 (TBC)
Results released on 3 January 20234in the evening - students check their results on the IB secure student website
