Public exam fees and BTEC certification fees are not covered by annual school fees as not everyone subscribes to the same programme or subject. As guideline:

• International Baccalaureate Diploma or Certificate - year 13 students - billed in October

• BTEC certification fees - year 10 and year 12 students - billed in October

• IGCSE/GCSE fees - year 11 students - billed in March

• Extended Project certification fees - year 12 students - billed in January

The above list is not exclusive. Occasionally invoices will be issued at times other than mentioned above to cover retake examinations, entrance exam fees, Functional Skills and ASDAN award claims, etc.

Invoices must be settled within 15 days via online e-payment into the relevant student WIS e-payment account. If payment is not received on time, we will withdraw the registration to recover costs incurred. If temporary hardship prevents timely payment, please inform us.
