Flu season is upon us and there is no better time to be reminded to cover your cough and clean your hands!! This is the one most effective method for prevention of such illnesses as the common cold, influenza, EV-D68, and many more illnesses that are spread by cough and sneeze. Don't forget to scrub your hands with soap for 15 seconds (sing the ABC song or Happy Birthday to pass the time), keep scrubbing when you rinse, and then dry with a paper towel. Research shows that the rubbing action during washing and use of a paper towel to dry gets rid of germs better.
