BUILDING

The Building Department has approved Certificates of Occupancy for the North Science Center and Fort Bradshaw at Williams College. Calendar year to date we have issued only 34 building permits. We continue to see a good number of inquiries for plan reviews and pre application discussions for several new single family homes and other major residential renovations. The commercial sector however remains quiet.
