The next step in the Solarize Plus program is identification of installers to provide the work. The project team, in close collaboration with the Mass Clean Energy Center, has finalized and published the RFP. MassCEC handles the initial parts of this process.
Dear Stakeholder,
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC), in partnership with theDepartment of Energy Resources (DOER), is requesting proposals from solar photovoltaic (PV), battery storage and solar hot water (SHW) installers to participate in the 2019 Solarize Massachusetts Plus Williamstown-North Adams Program. This initiative will drive community adoption of solar PV, battery storage and solar hot water (SHW) through a group purchasing model that includes a tailored community-based marketing effort within the selected Massachusetts communities
Responses to this RFP must be received by MassCEC no later than 4:59pm on June 28, 2019. Only complete, timely responses will be considered. Responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically to solarize@masscec.com. “2019Solarize Massachusetts Plus Williamstown-North Adams– Installer Proposal” must appear in the email subject line.
Please submit all questions to the Solarize Massachusetts team, atsolarize@masscec.com no later than 4:59 pm on Friday, June 14, 2019. “2019 Solarize Mass Plus Williamstown-North Adams RFP – Installer Question” must appear in the email subject line. Responses to submitted questions, and other frequently asked questions, will be posted by Monday, June 17, 2019 on MassCEC’s website.
