Determine and Consent to KP Laws Representation for the Conveyance of an Easement for a Driveway and Utilities by the Fire District's Main Street Property to the Town

KP Law represents both the Town and the Fire District. The relationship with both entities creates an interest that requires disclosure pursuant to the Rules of Professional Conduct. We see no issue with the town granting informed consent to KP Law to represent both parties for this transaction. There is a need to clarify location of a water easement on the property.

Recommended action: Approve consent for KP Law to represent the Town in the issue of an easement on Main Street property owned by the Fire District.
