I am very pleased to note that yesterday the Governor signed H. 4930, the close out supplemental budget for FY18, which contains an additional $40M for the Ch. 90 Program. This $40M will be distributed to cities and towns across the Commonwealth for local road and bridge projects, and adds to the $200M in Ch. 90 funds approved earlier in the fiscal year.
I’ve attached the breakdown of Ch. 90 funding for the 52 cities and towns in my Berkshire, Hampshire, Franklin & Hampden Senate District for your review, as well as a link to a MassDOT blog post announcing this funding.
