Email from Nicole Ambrosia at BeFitCo.

Good morning,

The purpose of this email is to request my name to be placed on the agenda for the upcoming meeting of the Board of Selectmen.

I will representing Berkshire Fitness Company to request permission to direct and run the second annual "Run Your Pie Off" 5k/1mile charity race in Williamstown.

Here is the information I have for you thus far:

1. The race will be Saturday, November 24th at 9am. Everyone should be finished within 60-90 minutes.

2. This year, the race will start AND finish from Taconic golf club. This way, the course is NOT hitting side streets, so we keep it safer and don't need to burden the police (but want to make them aware of this event). We will be having volunteers along the course to ensure we do not have people straying.

3. We have reached out to Jane Patton to see if we would be able to use the building/restrooms within Taconic. We will provide more of those details once we have them.

4. I will provide a course map as soon as possible - Taconic is still open to the public until 11/11. I will map something out this week and send it to you.

5. We are going to be raising funds for the Ziemba Family Farm, and a secondary/silent donation going to the Linear Park project.

6. We are hoping to have anywhere from 50-100 participants. Last year we had less than 50, but we have a little more time to market this year.

Based on the information above, we are providing this for general awareness since it doesn't appear that the Board needs to authorize any street closures.
