Chair wishes to have discussion on approach to citizen petition warrant articles for items outside of municipal government operations. Suggestion is that Board pass through to the warrant, without vote, sentiment of the town related articles that do not directly bind town government to a specific operational action (like a bylaw, ordinance, etc.)
