Manager Review Process

For the board:

Please review the attached documents. We will review this process, the questionnaire, and the distribution list at our 10/2 meeting. Please be prepared to vote on this 10/2. Once adopted, we will have about 30 days to gather information.

The big addition this year is a section for goal setting within the Town Manager review. Based on feedback from the questionnaire and personal interviews, we should be able to come up with at least one goal per section.
