I anticipate a presentation at 2/27 BOS meeting re a zoning change request for the Board to consider endorsing (recall that ordinances changes can be initiated by endorsement of Board, Planning Board or citizen petition).
Balance of schedule.
Week of March 20 or 27 - Planning Board public hearing.
April 11, Board of Selectmen set warrant.
May 16, Town Meeting
Andrew anticipates 2 additional minor zoning changes; one is a fix to parking requirements for Cable Mills, two is a change to the mobile home park overlay district, removing it from the Spruces but reimposing it at Pine's Lodge.
