BUILDING

Ryan and Tim have been performing progress inspections around town. Ryan continues to work with management from Consigli Construction in ironing out multiple problems occurring with various building systems at the Science Center The bookstore continues as well and both Ryan and Tim have been involved in inspections of mechanical equipment. Building department fees were updated and revised with an eye towards increased simplicity and bringing us into regional parity on 2.15.

HEALTH

Jeff has been buys conducting motel inspections.

LAND USE

The Zoning Board approved a vertical addition to a non conforming home on Green River Road. They will meet again in March to look at minor amendments to the Cable Mill Site Plan.

Planning Board continued work on their housing project, the website at http://courb.co/wtown remains open for comments.

The Planning Board will meet again on Tuesday the 7th to discuss some minor housekeeping type zoning amendments and an amendment to restrict recreational marijuana retailing to the Planned Business District for this coming Town Meeting and to debrief regarding the recent outreach session, consultant Jenn Goldson has delivered her findings report from that on Feb. 22.

The Open Space and Recreation Plan has been reviewed by BRPC who has suggested several changes and revisions. The OSRP Ad Hoc Committee met last night and approved changes to the OSRP. It will now be sent back to BRPC for a review letter.
