BUILDING

Williams COIs are complete for 2016, Tim Sears is pursuing completion of remaining non liquor license COIs, Ryan Contenta and Fire Chief Peddercini are working towards completion of all liquor licensee COI's. The Science Center and Bookstore projects are still both on schedule. The College is working on advance planning for the Hotel project. Seismic wave and soil analysis has been ongoing this week.

HEALTH

Jeff returned from vacation today and previously had completed sending out renewal notices for Board of Health permits. Those applications are due on December 1. Jeff has also completed all of the gas pump inspections for 2016 and continues to work on the regional Board of Health permitting program.

LAND USE

Andrew has been working on the final draft of the Open Space Plan, The Planning Board has rescheduled thier November meeting to 11 / 1. Conservation Commission recently signed off on their Orders of Conditions for the Clark Art campus mater plan project. They continue to pursue organization of a 50th anniversary party to celebrate Margaret Lindley Park in 2017. The Zoning Board meets tonoght (10/20) to hear petitions for an inlaw apartment, Aubuchon Hardware's move to 600 Main Street, the Mount Greylock High School, an addition to the Williams Children Center, and an appeal of the Department's enforcement action and a special permit amendment request to address said enforcement from William Densmore and Charles Fox regarding Mr. Fox's 1174 Main Street property.
