PSAT sores have been uploaded into Naviance

And are available on your College Board account on Monday, December 6th.

The PSAT is a practice test designed to give you exposure to this standardized test. The scores do not get shared with anyone but you. Regardless of your score there is a lot of valuable information on your score sheet, available on your College Board account. We encourage you to focus on the type of questions you got right/wrong and use this as a bases for preparing for the SAT. Your School Counselor has your test booklet should you want to refer to it for test preparation.

For more information on standardized testing please see the guidance website, Standardized Testing. A presentation on standardized testing can be found under For Parents/Guardians as well. If you have questions about these results or about standardized testing, please see your School Counselor. School Counselors will review PSAT information during your Junior Seminar, which begins Quarter 3.

Important Information regarding

AP exam registration.

To sign up for the AP Exams, students must do two things:

  1. Use the join code provided either by their teacher, Dan Sorrell, or Anne North to join their class roster. This will, by default, order an exam for the student. If the student does not want to take the exam, they must email Dan Sorrell or Anne North.

  1. Pay for the exam in the Guidance Exam section of the Fee Payment system located in the Students and Families tab on the WPS website. Link Here

Important Dates:

  • November 15th: The Ordering Deadline for AP Exams

    • If students have not joined their class roster and paid for their AP Exam by November 15th, 3pm, an exam will not automatically be ordered for them.

  • After November 15th, students can still register to take the AP Exams. However, a $40 late fee will be assessed in addition to the standard exam fee of $96.

  • If a student enrolled in an AP class roster decides that they do not want to take an AP Exam, they should email either Dan Sorrell or Anne North by November 15th, 3pm and indicate that they do not want an exam ordered for them. A full refund for exam payments can be issued before November 15th. If after November 15th, a student decides to cancel their exam, a $40 cancellation fee will be assessed. A partial refund will be issued for exam payments.

  • March 15th: The Final Deadline

    • After March 15th, Wellesley High School will not be accepting additional AP Exam registrations. This means that if a student has not used the join code provided to them to join their class roster, and paid for their exam (plus any additional late fees) by March 15th, an exam will not be ordered for them.

Please note: while CB indicates that you can still register after March 15th, WHS will close registration on this date so that we have time to make adequate testing, proctor and schedule arrangements.
