Forms used during the school year:
2023 Course/Level Change Form to be used when requesting a change of schedule. Form should be dropped at your House Office/School Counselor. Please be sure to complete both sides of the form. Students are to remain in their current class until notified their request has been facilitated.
Independent Study Form to be used when requesting to complete an Independent Study Project.
Student Assistant Application to be used when requesting to be a Student Assistant

A Review of Graduation Requirements
The following are required for graduation from Wellesley High School:
Earn 136 credits in grades 9-12
Pass 4 years of English, 2 years of Math, 2 years of Science, 2 and ½ years of Social Studies (1 of which must be U.S. History), and 1 semester each year of Fitness and Health equaling 4 semesters in total (1 must be Health).
Pass all required MCAS tests.
* A student must fulfill all their graduation requirements prior to the graduation ceremony in order to participate in the ceremony.
* While WHS does not require Classical & Modern Language courses to graduate, colleges may have a 2-3 year requirement for admission. Please consider this in your post-secondary planning.
*Students wishing to apply to the Massachusetts State and University System should be aware of their requirements which includes:
4 years of English, 4 years of Math (including Algebra II), 3 years of Lab Science, 2 years of Social Studies (including 1 course in US History), 2 years Foreign Language, 2 Arts/Humanities/Computer Sciences)
