Thanks for visiting Wellesley High School again! 

Please be aware that WHS is unable to provide you with a copy of your diploma. 

If you should need a copy of your transcript or recommendations, or need one sent to given institution(s), please 

1.  Download and complete the Transcript Request Form .

2. Download and complete the Recommendation Request Form.

2. Download and complete the FERPA form.

3.  Provide addressed, stamped envelopes for each institution you need the transcript sent to. If the institution will accept the transcript via email, please provide the correct email address in lieu of addressed, stamped envelopes.

The above materials should be given to Ms Burns in the Main Office.
