Thanks for another awesome year at camp, everyone! The pictures are below (use the arrows to scroll right and left)

Welcome: D200 band students (current 5th, 6th, 7th graders) are invited AND ENCOURAGED to attend our 50th

annual 1 week camp! We have plans for a fun week filled with music, games, friends (new and old), and a great

chance to keep playing over the summer in a light and relaxing atmosphere. Campers will need to bring their

instrument, folding music stand, and a pencil to camp with them each day. They will participate in small and large

group instruction, receive a camp t-shirt, and participate in team games & challenges.

2025 Camp dates: Monday July 14- Friday July 18 (5 days) 9:30am-12:30pm daily

As a culmination of our hard work, we also have a concert scheduled for Friday, July 18th at 6:00pm in the

Woodstock Square Gazebo. Kids arrive at 5:45pm and wear their camp tshirts!

Camp Location: Emricson Park in Woodstock (Main Pavillion near the large softball field/ large parking lot)

Our “plan B” location for inclement weather is Creekside Middle School music rooms.

Camp Communication: We will be using email and REMIND as our mass communication tools for quick updates, reminders, weather related updates, and a means for communication while at the park. All families are highly encouraged to please register for this REMIND texting group. It is meant for teachers to communicate with their student families. All enrollees remain anonymous to other participants. All texts are “tweet sized,” and more detailed information will be sent via email. This is the BEST AND EASIEST WAY for us to communicate from the park.

Registration Information: The registration fee is $60.00 per student. Please complete the attached form and return it, with your registration fee, to your band director Monday, May 20th (sooner if possible!).

Checks should be made payable to District 200. Registration forms sent after May 20 should be mailed to: Woodstock Summer Band Camp c/o D200 District Office, 2990 Raffel Road Woodstock, IL 60098

No forms will be accepted after June 12, 2025. No refunds can be made after June 12, 2025. Once we have received your form and fee, you are officially signed up for camp! Families should expect an email confirmation that we received your registration within a few weeks of submission. We will see all registered students at Emricson Park (main pavillion) on July 14th!

Directions to use the D200 Online Payment System.
1. Log into the payment site D200 Online Payment System.
2. If you already have an e-Funds for School account, click log in and enter your username and password.
3. If you do not have an account, click on Create An Account. You will need your student's ID number and student's last name.
4. Once logged in, click on the OPTIONAL FEES link, then select "BAND CAMP" to put into your cart.
5. Follow the online checkout procedures.
