boxes

I greatly admire the works of Joseph Cornell.  He constructed boxes to display odd collections of items in a fashion that created a sense of mystery and wonder.  I too love to collect things: scraps of paper, metal, rocks, bones, machine parts, etc.  I often build a niche within my boxes to organize the space and provide a special container to house my precious objects.  I am hoping the viewer will find a story in each piece.
