Why continue with Spanish?

Travel to other countries is much more fun when you speak the language: ask directions, find the bathroom, order what you want to eat.

Get to know people you would never otherwise meet. Be able to converse with people from across the world. Be able to offer and ask for help.

These are the most stereotypical conversation questions that you will get in every Spanish class. Don't worry. I will get more creative.

1. ¿Qué te gusta hacer? Me gusta dibujar/comer/leer/escribir/dormir/cocinar/tocar violín. ¿Qué le gusta hacer?

2. ¿Qué hiciste el fin de semana pasado? Yo estudié/dibujé/caminé/me desperté/comí/visité a la universad. ¿Qué hizo?

Write one stanza based on the piece of the poem below, making sure to use the preterite at the beginning and the ending of the stanza. Then set the scene with the imperfect.
