1.  All start prices are minimum prices in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).

2.  Bids shall be given in NOK.

3.  Objects are sold to the highest bidder. If there is only one bid, the sales price will be the minimum bid in the list. If there are more bids, the highest bid will be adjusted to 10% above the next highest. 4.  The Society’s commission will be 10% of the sales price.

5.  Postage and handling will be charged to the actual rates. Objects/lots with sales price > NOK 4.000 will be sent in registered letters if other not should be wanted.

6.  Won lots will be invoiced in NOK. Payment in advance by bank transfer, in cash in a registered letter or via PayPal.  Via PayPal, please add 5% for the PayPal fee.  Checks are not accepted.

7.  The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot before and during the auction.

8.  Quality is average unless other mentioned.

USA: 30c on air mail cover cancelled NY Jul 3 1945 sent to Oslo.  On front a Norwegian post-war controlstamp from Oslo 7 mm circle without number. The control-mark was in use for only three weeks. (Torstad: rarity 7).  Good cover

England: 1d British stamps on unaddressed card from the Polish Field Post Office 3.XII.42 with a Polish Letter seal-stamp.  The card and the stamp is cancelled Norwegian Army Field Post Office 4. DEC 1942

Sweden: lot 8 covers and 1 card sent from Sweden 1941/44 to Norway – all with German censorlabels and marks from ABPS Oslo (no covers with Ao). One cover with the censor mark in blue/purple colour 1943 - difficult to find.  

India: Air mail cover cancelled Calcutta G.P.O 9.OCT 1939 sent to Norway.  The sender is the captain on M/T Buccaneer” of Oslo.  Brown label and censor-mark from the British censorship in Calcutta.  Nice looking cover, but a small opening damage to the left.  Stamps seems to be OK.

South Africa: 1s and 3d on air mail cover cancelled Durban 10.I.40 sent to Tønsberg, Norway. The sender is a Norwegian seaman onboard the whale factory ship M/S Pelagos. Censorlabel from South Africa on left side. Rare cover

South Africa – Boer war:  1d Cape of Good Hope cancelled FEB 15 1902 and sent to the prisoner camp Ahmednagar in India.  Arrival mark 5.AP 02 on reverse. Sensor mark from SA in red on front – some unclear.  Some stain on cover and a small part back of the cover is missing. Low limit

England: 1d British stamp on unaddressed card from the Polish Field Post Office 30.XI.42 with a Polish Letter seal-stamp.  The card and the stamp is cancelled US. Army Postal Service A.P.O./  Nov 28 1942

Canal Zone: air mail cover with 20 and 25 c stamps cancelled Balboa FEB 25 1941 sent to Oslo.  British censor-label on left side PC 90/ 1347 and on reverse a censor box-mark from ABPS Frankfurt.  The 25 c stamps with small damage

USA: 6 c stationary and 2 x 12 c stamps = 30 c on air mail cover cancelled JUL 1942 sent to Sweden.  British brown neutral censor-label on 3 side of the cover and a censor-mark PASSED P 214. In left side USA censor-label Examined by / 6630.
