Personalized Professional Learning

Current :

• Seeks out and meets individual needs of staff while housing a professional resource area in each library.

• Attends trainings and meetings to collaborate with area librarians to enhance library program and staff training.

• Attendance at Wisconsin Educational Media &  Technology Associate conference.

• Facilitate staff exploration of new media and teaching resources as well as time for staff familiarize library offerings.

• Build teacher capacity in the utilization of information literacy skills and tools for instructional practice.
