A couple from Russia who stayed at the Daikanyama Properties in early March effectively avoided all communication with our communications desk and tried to leave without paying their vacation lease fees. WIthout the will to communicate, the trust relationship we try to build with each of our guests is compromised forcing us to take excessive measure to ensure guests from certain countries do not take actions of self-interest.
We are currently working with Booking.com to resolve the issue but is seemingly taking time. In the future, we will make public names of individuals that perform misconduct as a deterrent to such dishonest actions. Understanding shall be appreciated on this front.
