Initial works started in 2018, our humble foundings is from being a small vacation lease property owner in Tokyo Akabane which is considered the northern gates of Tokyo metropolitan. Seeing success and potenial in vacation leasing, we proceeded to acquire properties for vacation leasing in Akasaka, Daikanyama, Gotanda and Shinjuku. After forming an alliance with Bees K.K. in house cleaning and vacation lease property cleaning, VAS internalized all property cleaning services. After recieving multiple inquiries for tours from guests, VAS proceeded to acquire a domestic tour conducting license working for STS K.K. to enhance our expertise in domestic tour guiding and starting offering private minivan based tours of Tokyo and surrounding locations such as Hakone, Mt. Fuji, Odawara, Kamakura, Yokohama, Nikko in October 2019 and proceed to enter into alliance with French Hachiko Tours leading to establishment of VAS LLC in and others in February 2020.
