VAS JAPAN Culture Experiences
[Sumo Stable Visit Tour]
Visit a real Sumo Stable during your visit to Japan. Not the entertainment version run by retired sumo wreslter and students but the real thing.
We will meet up at designated station near the stable and observe 90-120 minutes of training by real and active Sumo Wrestlers. Photo opportunities and a presentation on sumo will be given during the tour by your guide.

[Toyosu Fish Market and Sushi Making and Japanese Tea Ceremony with a Tea Professor]
A lot of tours go to the old Tsukiji fish market.
We focus on the new Toyosu Fish Market or the real thing. We wll actually go to the ground floor and see the turley's and the fish market in action. We will buy the tuna you will actually eat at your sushi making session from a wholesales retailer that caters to the top restaurants and hotels in the Tokyo area. Thereafter, we will whisk you away to our sushi studio to make at least 4 types of sushi and then be given a tea ceremony session by our tea professor who has been practicing tea for over 50 years and teaches tea masters.

We have downsizied.
We currently have one modest property in Shinjuku Kabukicho area and two properties in the Azabujuban area which is close to Tokyo Tower and Roppongi.
Both properties are fully furbished kitchens and hold indoors wash/dry facilities. Shinjiku can fit in 4 PAX maximum if you are traveling live but recommend to keep it below 3PAX. Azabujuban can fit in 5-6 PAX maximum for our smaller room whereas 6-8PAX maximum can fit in in our flagship larger room. If you want leisurely space, please keep the number of PAX lower.
We are fully certified as "Minpaku" or Vacation Lease Properties following obligations required by the Japanese law.
