English:Your stay in Jaapn will be short so you want to be as efficient and productive as possible. As certified tour conductors, VAS LLC provides half day to 3 day tours within the Kanto plus area. We deem it will take three full days to grasp what Tokyo in itself is and an additional three to four days to see the historical and cultural aspects of the greater Tokyo area which includes Nikko, Kamakura, Kawagoe, Hakone and Mt. Fuji as the bare minimum.
We cater to both small and big groups; couples, families, business or leisure, private or open groups.

English:So you are arriving late in the night or early in the morning and not sure you have public transportation. Or you have a lot of luggage or you have a a lot of children or an infant to tend to, or maybe you have some senior people.
If so, one of our licensed drivers will be more than happy to pick you up or take you to the airport so that you have door to door access to the properties plus a little extra if you want some insight on Tokyo or a quick tour.
- To/From Narita Airport to Central Tokyo will be 23500JPY base
- To/From Haneda Airport to Central Tokyo will be 8500JPY base
Note that transportation from Narita Airport to Central Tokyo will be approximately 3500-4000JPY meaning if you are a party of 5 adults or even 4, it will be work using our services. if you compare with taxis, please expect to pay 30000JPY for Narita & 10000JPY for Haneda. Credit Cards are accepted.

Japanese Furoshiki and Towel:Did you know that Japan was not a great fan of bags and most items to be carried where wrapped in cloth in elegance? Learn the art of using Furoshiki and Tenugui to wrap and carry instead of using disposable or expensive bags. You will learn 5 or more different wrapping styles.
* 60-120 minute session - 1000JPY per person - Furoshiki/Tenugui can be bought.
Japanese Teas:
So Green tea and Macha is all there is teas? There is an abundance of teas drunk in Japan so why not learn the basics at the comfort of your property? Learn how to prepare teas and try several different types or teas and decide for yourself what you like.
* 60-90 minutes session - 1500JPY per person - teas and tea sets can be bought.
Japanese Home Cooking:
So you want to experience some Japanese home cooking but you usually have to visit another facility to do that. Why not try this at the vacation lease property you are staying in now? .You will learn to cook rice using a steel dutch oven, prepare miso soup and some light pickled vegetables as the essentials. Then you will have a choice of preparing tempura-don or oyako-don for a side dish and either sukiyaki, shabushabu or maki-sushi as the main dish. Then we will prepare a simple dessert to wrap up your course.

EARLY MORNING TELEWORKING Facilities @AZABUZAN
Established over 1200 years ago during the Heian Period AZABUZAN Zenpukuji and surrounding Temples is a buddist sancutary within the Hiroo, Roppongi-Azabu area. You will hear buddist monks chanting their morning prayers starting from 5AM or 6AM.
Here we have one property where we have established a small but sufficient teleworking area which can seat up to 8 people. we have two butterfly type desk which can be raised or lowered and also expanded to double size allowing for standard teleworking or group conferencing; whatever your needs are during th EARLY MORNING hours.
We open at an early hour of 7AM and remain open till 11AM catering to those who need to telework during the early morning hours - possibly to catch up with whatever assignments or task they may have before their regular working hours.
To make reservations, you will contact us directly via email (admin@vastoursproperties.net) and give us your intended time and date when you want to visit and use our facilities hence reserve space. Once you have reserved and reservation had been confirmed, you will come directly to the facility to utilize the space as intended. Payment will be completed on the spot using the Square platform and you will be checked in using the facility ipad in which we will be confirming your reservation and identity. First comers will fill out a paper based registration form and upload images to us via the facility ipad.
You will also have access to the bathroom and kitchen space in which you may refresh or prepare simple beverages. You will be charged for using showers and for towels and will be expected to clean up the kitchen and dispose of garbage to maintain hygiene standards.
Rates start at 1900 yen per hour but we may induce group discounts at our discretion.

当社本店の隔離室を早朝型テレワークセンターとして開放いたします。営業曜日は月曜日から土曜日、定休日は日曜日、営業時間帯は午前７００から１１００の間の短い間ですが、朝型のお仕事をされる方のニーズに応えるために準備をさせて頂きました。
予約方法はEメールのみにて受け付けております。admin@vastoursproperties.net フォーマットは特に設けておりませんが、氏名、連絡先、使用希望日時、人数、用途等の記載をお願いします。予約確認完了後、予約日時にご来場していただきます。初めての方は書面にて会員登録していただきます。2回目以降は会員情報を呈示頂ければ、受付はスムーズに遂行いたしますのでご協力をお願いします。受付は本人確認等ありますので、物件に設置されたIPADにて実施していただきます。
大型テーブル２基、小型デスク１基、チェア８基、プリンター、モバイルモニター、飛沫防止版、プロジェクター、簡易ホワイトボードなども完備しており、一定のオフィス外執務に専念できるかと思います。
（大型テーブルは展開でき、フリーアドレス形式でご利用頂けますが、席数は原則８席になります。）
本スペースの特徴としては、通常のテレワークスペースおよび不随モバイルモニターなど不随機器の提供のみならず、キッチンや洗面所の開放、バランスボールなどの健康を意識した器具の貸与を行っておりますので、気楽に申し付けてください。無論新型コロナ感染症対策グッズ一式も取り揃えているので、衛生エチケットには十分配慮の上本スペースをご活用くださいませ。
使用料は一時間あたり１９００円で、決済は即決可能な米国のＳＱＵＡＲＥで完結して頂きます。場所は広尾駅から約１５分の麻布山界隈で静粛です。
