SRP at Large - Michele Battaglia

Bio

I joined our Viking family, supporting our littlest Vikings in 2017. Before becoming a teacher aide, I was a travel and events director at a pharmaceutical marketing agency. It was an adjustment coming from corporate to a school district, but it has been the most rewarding opportunity I have had, to touch young lives, see them excel, learn and grow. Outside of work I enjoy baking, yoga, going for nice walks, and spending time with my friends and family. I have 2 little girls who are so much fun and keep me very busy. We enjoy doing arts and crafts, playing together, going on vacations (because we all love the beach) and making memories together! I joined the Executive Committe as SRP at Large in 2022. It has been a privilege to be trusted by our members to help  bring  guidance and new opportunities to you. I look forward to another year of supporting our districts SRP's and being a part of our Executive Committee. Working together we can ensure our members feel safe, heard and supported at all times.
