How do I submit my workout logs for Weight Training?
-You will fill out all three weeks of each workout and then email them to me at cmurdock@utahonline.org.
How do I redo assignments?
-You have three attempts on tests and quizzes. Instructions
Will my grade affect my GPA at the end of the quarter?
-No. Utah Online only reports grades at the end of the semester.
Why Did My Weight Training Grade Drop?
It dropped because you need to email your completed workouts to Mr. Murdock at cmurdock@utahonline.org. You will need to submit workout #1 (weeks 1-3) three weeks after your start date, workout #2 (weeks 4-6) six weeks after your start date, and workout #3 (weeks 7-9) nine weeks from your start date. You can submit workouts up until the completion date (deadline), but your grade will be low until you submit them.
It could also drop because you are behind the target pacing in the online coursework. You can fix this by getting caught up with your work online.
