Keys

When applicable, instructors will need keys to access the facility and/or the equipment stored in the Cooke Hall Gyms, North Gym, Natatorium, Cooke Hall Pools, and the Field house. Keys are available for instructors to check out in the University Recreation Center’s Equipment room, located on the lower level of the facility. Instructors are required to check keys out for the duration of the class period and return them immediately after the class has ended for the day. If the instructor for the next class period needs access to the facility/equipment immediately, you may pass the keys to them and immediately notify the Equipment Room manager of this trade, providing the new instructor’s name and telephone number. For other equipment/key needs, see the program director at least two days in advance of the anticipated need.
