Following is the standard set-up for the Field house. If you move something, it must be moved back to the standard set-up:
All floor mats rolled up
All track equipment, i.e., stands, hurdles, etc. stacked neatly in appropriate storage areas
Emergency exit doors kept clear of equipment
Shot put boards kept on the 70’ line
North/south curtains down, separating the track area and basketball area.
Weight throw nets (in track interior) up
All tape removed from the flooring on a daily basis (only 3M tape may be used). Chalk is acceptable for marking lines.
Basketball backboards down
Event entrance doors and all Field house doors locked and armed on completion of track practice
Bleachers moved in
All extra red mats in the northeast corner next to the heater
Additional information:
Driving into the Field house or the special event area without prior approval from the DRS facility manager is not allowed.
Bikes are not allowed in the Field house or special event entrance. Bike racks are provided outside on the north end of the Field house near the event entrance.
Floor cleaning is done on Thursday mornings. Equipment must be moved by Athletics prior to cleaning.
