Please ensure that syllabi for all courses you teach follow the templates provided by the CEHD Curriculum Council:
Any changes made to programs or individual courses undergo a submission and approval process through Coursedog, the University's course, program, and catalog management system. All course proposals that are submitted must include a syllabus from the last two years that is up to date on the Curriculum Council's requirements. Therefore, instructors whose courses are being revised may be asked by the course scheduler to update their syllabi if necessary.
Please note that the CC is stringent on adherence to the templates. When updating your syllabi, please ensure the policies (including titles) use the exact language. Tables are not to be used to outline the course schedule, as they pose an accessibility issue.
All syllabi must have a section that includes University policies. Instructors may:
Copy the exact language provided
Include direct links to the policies; or
Include statements on the policies in the syllabus
