Research Interests: understanding the complex dynamics between the environment, human behaviors, and disease transmission by connecting them with modeling methods.

Current Projects: I work on dengue and cholera transmission models to investigate the mechanisms of disease transmission by incorporating different sources of data sets and parameter estimation.
