CRISPR-mediated gene ablation in hESC or hiPSC
For a single gene, 2-3 guide RNA constructs will be designed and generated. A total of 20-30 clones will be isolated for PCR analysis of indels and the PCR products from up to 5-6 candidates will be sequenced. 2-3 lines chosen by the investigator will be expanded and stocks frozen. The entire project should require 16-18 weeks.
