Human Stem Cell and Gene Editing Core Facility

Welcome to HSCGE!

The HSCGE core is dedicated to provide the neuroscience research community valuable sources of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) for basic research, disease modeling, drug discovery, or cell therapy. We offer a wide-range of services, including but not limited to:

1) Derivation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from fibroblasts

2) Derivation of iPSCs from blood sample which include PBMC isolation and erythroid progenitors banking

3) CRISPR gene knock-out (indel formation leading to frameshift)

4) CRISPR HDR knock-In

5) hPSC cell culture training
