Downsize Image

The downsize module is used to modify the resolution (voxel size) of any gray-scale image. The less the voxel size, better the Image quality.

Interface Description:

Spacing: The value of each voxel size for the x, y and z dimensions.

Input Volume: The gray-scale Image to be re-sampled.

Output Volume: The gray-scale Image with the new resolution.

Example of a Input Image wich had the voxel size modified to 0.5,0.5,0.5

Observation: Slicer do not save files automatically. To have the files saved on the computer click in 'File' on the upper left corner and then in 'Save'. A new window will appear allowing the user to modify the file name, format and directory.
