FRET calculator

Software for analyzing images using FRET stoichiometry: the FRET calculator.

The "math-friendly" environment of Matlab (http://www.mathworks.com/) in conjunction with the plug-in DipImage (http://www.ph.tn.tudelft.nl/DIPlib/) has been utilized to develop this new tool for our users. This program is currently in use in the CLCI. Future versions will add to the capabilities and user-friendliness based, in part, on user feedback and will eventually be released via this web-page.

A preliminary version of this program was the result of work by Suresh Mohan and Adam Hoppe, Ph.D.. Subsequent versions of the FRET calculator have been the work of Lad Dombrowski, Adam Hoppe, Ph.D. and Samuel Straight Ph.D..

The FRETcalc v1 executable is currently available for FREE*. Please see the UM Tech Transfer site for more information.
