Virginia W. Kettering Hall (VWK)

Meeting spaces in the Adele Center and VWK are managed by Housing and Residence Life.
Bookings for the Adele Center and VWK Meeting Spaces can be placed through 25Live starting September 1, 2024.

Outdoor Spaces:

Campus Partners and Recognized Student Organizations may also book our outdoor spaces which include: Central Mall, Humanities Plaza, KU Plaza, KU Patio, and KU Roof Terrace. Any event on the Central Mall must adhere to the Central Mall Operational Practice Guidelines.

Monday-Sunday 8:30am-11:30pm, academic year only
