To book space at any of the facilities below, please contact the appropriate office.
461 KIEFABER
The house at 461 Kiefaber offers a conference room, a meeting space, and a lounge with kitchenette. While booking priority is given to Housing and Residence Life events, other meetings and activities are accommodated. Food and beverages may be ordered through Catering Services or outside vendors. Each group is responsible for the setup, tear-down, and clean-up of the space. The space along with any other Housing and Residence Life spaces can be reserved by submitting a reservation at http://udayton.edu/studev/housing/resources/room_reservation.php.
ALUMNI HALL - Women's Center
Located in Alumni Hall, the Women's Center has conference room, lounge, gallery, and kitchenette available for reservations. While each space offers wireless internet, groups are responsible for prior arrangements of audio visual equipment with the Women's Center staff and UDIT. Each group is responsible for the setup, tear-down, and clean-up of the space. The event spaces within the Women's Center can be reserved at https://udayton.edu/womenscenter/about/space/index.php.
ARTSTREET
ArtStreet is operated by the Institute of Applied Creativity for Transformation (IACT), located in the center of the South Student Neighborhood. ArtStreet offers unique, collaborative environments that includes the Creator Space (Studio E), Studio B, Studio C, and the Outdoor Amphitheatre. The studios and Amphitheatre can be reserved by UD student groups, faculty, and staff. Each group is responsible for set-up and clean-up of the space used. CLASSROOMS (MIRIAM, HUMANITIES, ST JOES, KETTERING LABS, SCIENCE CENTER, FRERICKS, AND 6TH FLOOR OF FITZ)
Classroom spaces on campus are available after the last scheduled class during weekdays and throughout the weekend. Each group is responsible for clean-up of the space used. Max Capacities vary for each building and rooms. Classrooms must be reserved 24 hours in advance to allow for card access. HERITAGE CENTER COFFEEHOUSE
Heritage Center found new life in 2017 with the establishment of Heritage Coffeehouse. Heritage became the newest standing Flyer Enterprise division. The coffeehouse allows for a place for students and faculty to meet. Inquiries about events and takeovers can be made to the Heritage Center Coffeehouse, run by Flyer Enterprise, by email at dmheritage@flyerenterprises.com.
LEARNING TEACHING CENTER
Located on the ground floor of Roesch Library, the Learning Teaching Center has a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate group needs and many spaces include audio visual equipment. For more information, please see the Learning Teaching Center’s website at http://www.udayton.edu/ltc/reservations.
MARIANIST HALL LEARNING SPACE
Located on the second floor of Marianist Hall, the Learning Space offers a variety of educational spaces. Rooms are available for academic events that are open to the entire campus only. Each group is responsible for the setup, teardown, and clean-up of the space. Each room is equipped with a computer, white boards, and projector capabilities. MIRIAM HALL - O'Leary Auditorium
Located in room 119, O’Leary Auditorium is available after the last scheduled class during weekdays and throughout the weekend. It features a tiered classroom layout and has integrated presentation technology including projection, computer, two lavalier microphones, and inputs for connecting other devices. RECPLEX
The RecPlex features two meeting rooms, gyms that can be divided into multiple spaces, two studio spaces, and a pool. While booking priority is given to activities related to RecPlex mission and goals, non-sports related activities are accommodated. RecPlex staff will assist each group with technology setup and other event needs; however most setups must be completed by each group. CURRAN PLACE - 1700 SOUTH PATTERSON
The University of Dayton Curran Place offers a variety of meeting and event spaces as well as classrooms available for reservations. Rooms that are located in the Alumni Center are restricted to executive level meetings and events. Any food and beverages for meetings and events held in the Curran Place must be purchased through Catering Services; outside catering is not permitted. Each group is responsible for the clean-up of the space. SCIENCE CENTER
Science Center AUDITORIUM
Located in room 225, the auditorium is available after the last scheduled class during weekdays and throughout the weekend. Science Center Auditorium features a tiered classroom layout and has integrated presentation technology including projection, computer, lavalier microphone, and inputs for connecting other devices. PREFUNCTION SPACE
Located on the first floor, outside of the auditorium, the Prefunction Space offers a convenient reception space in the Science Center. Reservations can be made for both University departments and student organizations, but must be reserved under a University faculty or staff member. The space can be reserved on-line and is listed as an option under the auditorium. Each group is responsible for the setup, teardown, and clean-up of the space. In order to book this space, please select the Prefunction Space (SC 114B) option when booking the SC Auditorium.
CHUDD AUDITORIUM
Located in room 114, the auditorium features a tiered classroom layout and integrated presentation technology including projection, computer, microphones, and inputs for connecting other devices. Reservations can be made for both university departments and student organizations, but must be reserved under a university faculty or staff member. If presentation equipment is needed, access must be requested through the Premedical Programs office or UDit Service Center in advance. Each group is responsible for the setup, teardown, and clean-up of the space. Food and drink are not permitted in the auditorium, but is permitted in the adjacent atrium space if also reserved.

JESSE PHILIPS HUMANITIES CENTER - Sears Recital Hall
Sears Recital Hall, located on the first floor, features a tiered seating layout with a stage and audio visual equipment upon request. Food and drink are not permitted in the auditorium. A fee may incur for reservation of the auditorium, please contact the appropriate representative. UD ARENA
The UD Arena features the court and seating area, Boesch Lounge, and the Spectrum Flight Deck. While booking priority is given to the men’s and women’s basketball schedules, other events are accommodated. Rental rates and personnel charges may apply. Any food and beverages for events held in the UD Arena must be purchased through Catering Services; outside catering is not permitted.
