    RULES FOR SCHOOL SPORTS 

AT GREEN MOUNTAIN UNION HIGH SCHOOL 

If your student would like to participate in any sports activities after school, please remember to set up an appointment for a sports physical.  Every student that participates in sports is required to have a sports physical every two years; however, they are required to have sports paperwork completed annually.

 Vermont signed into law by the governor on May 31, 2011 (Act 58) S 100 requires education of coaches, youth athletes and their parents/guardians about the nature and risk of concussions and requires them to sign a concussion information form.
