Broad income guidelines are designed to cover as many families as possible (VDH).
Vermont has developed new insurance program called:
VERMONT HEALTH CONNECT that assists families without insurance that have been in effect since 10/13. There are plans help you find the right program for your family as well, even if you have coverage. There are income guidelines.
