Pick-Ups and Mailings
We do ship our remedies via UPS. We recommend you stay on your remedies until your levels are retested. For order pick-ups you must call ahead of time to ensure that the office is open and that we have the needed remedies in stock.
Snow/Inclement Weather:
If we experience bad weather on the day of your appointment, we ask that you call the office and let us know that you will not be making your office visit. A cancellation fee will not be applied. We ask that you do not cancel, until the day of inclement weather. Also, when scheduling any appointments, we ask that you give us either your home phone number or cell phone number.

Health Insurance News:
To find out if your insurance will cover our services, please call your insurance company to see if they will cover clinical nutritionists, or holistic practices. If so, ask them what your benefits are and how much will they cover. It may be be out of network. Payment will still be due when services are rendered. If your insurance company pays for any of our services, they will pay you directly.
We are not involved in preparing insurance claims. keep your receipts, and turn them in to your insurance company.
Taxes:
Every year, our office gets a lot of calls from clients needing either receipts or how much they spent during the previous year at the office.
We do recommend for all clients to keep copies of every receipt we give because we cannot retrieve them.
Newsletters:
We put out a monthly newsletter. If you are client of the practice they are free, just contact the office.
