Mr. Kimmel's Classroom

Hi, Welcome to first grade!!! My name is Jeff Kimmel and this will be my fourteenth year here at JC Sommer.

I am looking forward to a great year full of learning and fun!

In this letter I have included some helpful information for the year.

Specials:

Monday: Library 1:45

Tuesday: Gym 1:34

Wednesday: Art 1:34

Thursday: Music 1:34

Friday: None

Take Home Folder:

The take home folder will contain your student’s homework and other important information.

It is important that the folder is checked nightly and returned to school daily.

Supplies:

All academic supplies will be provided. (paper, pencils, crayons, glue, etc.)

If you would like to donate items to the classroom, below are a couple of items that our classroom needs.

Facial Tissues

Gallon size and sandwich size plastic zip-top baggies

Disinfectant wipes (Lysol, Clorox, etc.)

Communication:

I am always open to communication with parents.

There are multiple ways to communicate with me, the take home folder, a separate note,
