Reassessment Procedure

All students are eligible to retake an assessment as long as all practice assignments have been completed.  Learning is a process and practice makes progress.  Students who chose not to practice will not be able to reassess on assessments.  

The steps that need to be followed to reassess are: 

1. All assignments related to the assessment must be completed to at least developing.

2. Complete a test reflection and corrections (on bright green paper).  This is where students review their first attempt at an assessment and reflect on what when well and what did not go well.  Once this is completed the student will turn this into Mrs. Kountz.

3.  Each student will meet with Mrs. Kountz to go over the test reflection and corrections and determine what additional practice is necessary.  

4.  Student completes additional practice.  

5.  A reassessment is scheduled.
