Make your own stress ball:
Materials Needed: A balloon, 1/4 cup measuring cup, 1/4 to 1/2 cup flour and a funnel (this will make it less messy, but not required)
Directions: Use a measuring cup, measure out 1/4 cup of flour.
Put the funnel into the opening of the balloon.
Pour in the flour.
Hold the neck of the balloon shut and squeeze the balloon to determine if it is filled enough for your liking or not.
If need be, add more flour until the balloon is at the desired amount.
Tie off the neck of the balloon with a knot or two.
