Trying to report phishing? When your Knowbe4 hook is not working, follow these steps in your Chrome browser.
Go to Chrome -> Bacon (3 dots in upper corner) -> More Tools -> Extensions
2. Go to -> Phish Alert -> Details button
3. Go to -> Extension options
4. Click on the Validate Permissions button
5. Choose an Account
6. Click on the Allow button at the bottom
7. Refresh Chrome
Contact IT, help@superior-ind.com, if you’re unable to get the Hook to work.
You can always forward the email to reportphishing@superior-ind.com if the Hook is unavailable.
