This effort, known as EPIC Customer Service, is about building long-term relationships by understanding the unique needs of our customers and then tailoring our work to meet their specific requirements.
As publicly-traded, multinational competitors step back from service, EPIC gives Superior a distinct competitive advantage—earning greater loyalty from both customers and (since Every Person Is a Customer) employees too.

At Superior, we conduct internal customer satisfaction surveys two to three times a year. Each department selects at least 10 internal customers to participate, who then score the department’s EPIC abilities and provide feedback for improvement.

The EPIC High 5 is a commitment by each department to identify the top five tasks they’ll execute perfectly, every time, to ensure exceptional customer service.
By focusing on these critical areas — often the ones we know frustrate our customers most — we aim to create clear, measurable goals that drive consistent results.
