Team,

It has been over six years since I returned to Superior Industries, and today I want to share that I will be stepping aside from my current role as CEO. These past six years have given me the distinct privilege of working alongside a team I love and trust, in an industry that remains as exciting as ever.

Together across Superior and Westmor, we have accomplished incredible things. Despite navigating severe headwinds—including a global pandemic, rapid inflation, supply chain disruptions, and market uncertainty—our company hasn't just endured; we have flourished. Our financial position, market leadership, and company culture are stronger than ever. That success belongs entirely to you. Your hard work, resilience, and dedication are what made this growth possible, and I cannot thank you enough.

Looking ahead, our Board of Directors believes the time is right to establish dedicated leadership for each company to support our continued momentum. Moving forward, Jason Adams will lead the Superior team, and Tom Zosel will lead the Westmor team. Both Jason and Tom have my full support and confidence, and I know they will serve our teams with great vision and care. Each will report directly to the Board of Directors.

While I am stepping down from day-to-day operations, I am excited to remain on our Board of Directors, where I look forward to supporting Jason, Tom, and all of you from a new perspective.
