Applications Now Open for the Forge Leadership Program
Building innovative products, services and systems that create opportunity for employees and customers.
The Superior/Westmor Forge Leadership Program is back and we're looking for our next group of high-potential employees ready to grow, stretch, and lead.
Forge isn’t your typical leadership course. It's a customized journey designed to challenge, develop, and prepare future leaders who will carry forward our culture and drive the next era of success at our companies. Participants will gain exposure to key business functions, build relationships with senior leaders, and take part in meaningful experiences tailored to their strengths and growth areas.
If you're committed to learning, ready to embrace feedback, and open to stepping outside your comfort zone, Forge might be the right next step in your journey.
