Jason Vice has been coaching football and teaching Physical Education/Health at Pleasant Valley since 2007. In 2007, he was an assistant freshman coach. He has been coaching the varsity offensive line since 2008. Previous to coaching and teaching at Pleasant Valley, he coached and taught Physical Education in Clinton, Iowa from 1997-2006. In 2006, he also earned a M.A. in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University. At Clinton, he coached football for ten years, coached track for eight (five years as head track coach). In addition to coaching football and track, Vice was the director of their strength and conditioning program for six years.Vice graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1997 with a B.A. in Physical Education. While at U.N.I., Vice lettered three times from 1992-1996 while playing offensive line. From 1992-1996 the Panthers were conference champions five years in a row, made it to the playoffs each of the five years, to the quarterfinals of the national championship two times and the semifinals of the national championship two times. Vice is a graduate of Fort Madison (Iowa) High School (1992), where he competed in Football, Wrestling and Track all four years.
Vice is married to his wife, Sarah, and has three daughters Riley, Halle and Quinn.
