Wednesday evening Lenten Services

Wednesday evening Lenten services to begin February 18th.

Beginning the following Wednesday, Feb. 25th for the next five Wednesdays concluding on March 25th we will again offer mid-week services at 7:00 PM.

We invite you to attend any or all of these special services.

For it is only when we walk with Jesus through the solemn season of Lent that we can truly appreciate the joy of his resurrection that we celebrate at Easter!

Gideons International

Br. Pervis Brown from Gideons International will be preaching March 8th! This evangelical Christian association’s primary activity is distributing free copies of the Bible worldwide. Come and learn more about this important mission.

Ukrainian Easter Eggs

Please join us after the 10:15 service on March 22 for lunch and then a beautiful presentation by Beverly Taylor as she shares the tradition of Ukrainian Easter Eggs. Pastor Fenske attended her presentation last year and invited her to share her information with all of us. Please call the church office at 416 626-1612 or sign up on the bulletin board so we can plan for lunch.

Communion

We celebrate communion on the 4th Sunday of every month and on other special days.

Scrip Cards- Gift Cards

Scrip Cards are a great fundraiser for the Church! Head on over to the Scrip Card table after Sunday Service and pick up some for you or that special person in your life. They make great gifts. Do you shop at Meijers or WalMart? Use our cards and the church will receive a percentage.

Food Pantry

We continue to reach out for donations for our food pantry. Please bring non-perishable food and grocery items and place them in the grocery cart located in Fellowship Hall. Thank you for your continued generosity with this mission of St. Stephen.

First Presbyterian Community Breakfasts

First Presbyterian Community Breakfast events are held the second and fourth Saturday each month. They are looking for volunteers to help out in the kitchen and serve meals. The doors open at 9 am for servings and prep begins around 8 am. Meals are served until 11 am. Please contact First Presbyterian at (419) 625-6261 for additional information.
