According to Governor DeWine’s comment that our cases are down and we have tested a proven weapon with the vaccines. There has been a 75% drop in COVID-19 hospitalizations since the vaccine became available. The Church Council has reviewed the Center for Disease Control and Governor Mike DeWine’s COVID-19 health orders effective on June 2, 2021. Among the measures that we have adopted for St. Stephen UCC are the following protocols: v We are removing the requirement for face masks from our protocol. We are also removing Social Distancing Guidelines. v Ushers will no longer be needed to escort people out at the end of the service. However, we did decide that it is very important to have someone at the door to greet people as they come into the church on Sundays. One important note is that those that would still be comfortable wearing a mask and social distancing themselves are welcome to continue. We just will not be requiring it in our protocol. Communion We celebrate communion on the 4th Sunday of every month and on other special days. Scrip Cards- Gift Cards Scrip Cards are a great fundraiser for the Church! Head on over to the Scrip Card table after Sunday Service and pick up some for you or that special person in your life. They make great gifts. Do you shop at Meijers or WalMart? Use our cards and the church will receive a percentage.Crossroads Dinner - Every other month on the 4th Monday We will provide a meal at Crossroads every other month on the 4th Monday.
