T2 - Stonefields School World Cup Day

The World Cup Day will take place on Friday 14th June. This is a whole school event.

Learners have been placed in a team for the day. Learners are encouraged to wear their team colours, this includes the colours of the nation's flag. This is not intended to cause additional stress, socks or a ribbon will do. Please do not go out and buy anything specifically for this event.

Learners have been advised by their Hub teachers what team (country) they are "representing" There is also a list in each Hub if you would like to check what country your child has been placed in.

Lots of activities will be physical and take place outside so learners should dress appropriately - trainers, jumper and a rain jacket.

You are more than welcome to come and watch this exciting event take place. The timings for the day have changed to accommodate other Hub activities and the junior assembly (which will still be going ahead)

Please see below for information regarding the timings.

Should the event be postponed due to the weather, this will be communicated via the School app as early as possible on Friday morning. If cancelled, there are no further "save date"
